What is your return policy?+

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for all unworn, untagged items in original packaging. Swimwear and accessories must be returned with hygiene seals intact. To start a return, email us with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label.

How long does shipping take?+

Standard domestic shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping is 2–3 business days. Overnight delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm EST. International shipping typically takes 7–14 business days depending on destination.

How do I find my correct size?+

Visit our Size Guide for detailed measurement instructions and size charts. If you're between sizes, our general advice is to size up for tops and bralettes, and size down for briefs. You can also email us for personal sizing advice.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?+

Absolutely. We offer free size exchanges within 30 days. To request an exchange, email hello@leafybalconyspace.com with your order number and the new size or colour you'd like. Exchanges ship within 2 business days of us receiving your return.

How should I care for my VELOUR pieces?+

We recommend hand-washing all lingerie and sleepwear in cool water with a delicate detergent. Lay flat to dry — never tumble dry or wring out lace or silk. For full care instructions, check the label inside each garment or the product page on our website.

Do you ship internationally?+

Yes, we ship to over 60 countries. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.

Do you offer gift wrapping?+

Yes! All VELOUR orders come beautifully packaged in our signature tissue-lined box. At checkout, you can add a personalised gift note at no extra charge. We also offer a luxury gift ribbon upgrade for $5.
